Zoomin Groomin® Mobile Pet Services are now available in the SeaCoast New Hampshire and Maine areas.

Cherie and Jack Stevenson are the newest franchisees of Zoomin Groomin Mobile Pet Services. The Stevensons will provide mobile pet grooming for dogs and cats, pet sitting and dog walking services to customers located in Seacoast, New Hampshire and Maine territory.

The Stevensons have two decades of experience in corporate management, sales, finance, administration, childcare and parenting. Their entire family will play a role in day-to-day management, operations, networking, and fieldwork. The Stevenson’s son, Mac, has been named Top Dog/Sitter.

Being able to provide services that make a difference in the lives of pets, and being able to relieve stress for pets and their owners, is not only the Stevenson’s mission, it is their passion.

“We are very excited to get started on this next adventure in our lives operating a Zoomin Groomin mobile pet business. Working with animals has always been a passion of ours. All of the dogs we have shared our lives with throughout the years have been rescues. Currently, we have Buddy, our second ‘child’, who is a black lab. Buddy came to us from a Lab Rescue Facility in Maryland,” explained Cherie Stevenson.

She continued, “By becoming a Zoomin Groomin franchisee, we will be doing what we have always loved doing…being around and caring for sweet, loving animals.”

Zoomin Groomin® Mobile Pet Services of Palm Bay has been in business for only 18 months and has just reached a milestone – their 1,000th new customer.

Cathy Evans, a resident of Palm Bay, FL is the Franchise Owner of the fast growing Zoomin Groomin® of Palm Bay. The company provides traditional dog and cat mobile grooming service, as well as in-home pet care and grooming, residential services for the Space Coast area. Ms. Evans caters to clients with her team member and head groomer, Pat White of Palm Bay. Ms. White has been in the dog grooming industry for more than 30 years and has been working in pet care management for over 15 years.

The Cocoa Beach Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Business Resource Council holds this awards ceremony annually which gives Chamber partners an opportunity to honor outstanding fellow businesses.

Cathy Evans, a resident of Palm Bay, FL and the owner/operator of Zoomin Groomin® Mobile Pet Services said, “We’ve been in business just over a year now and it is such an incredible honor to be recognized as an outstanding business and nominated for the 2012 Business Champion of the Year Award.”

Ms. Evans has a tremendous love of pets and has two Coton De Tulear pups of her own. The Zoomin Groomin® franchise enables Ms. Evans to be her own boss while doing something she truly enjoys – pampering pets. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m to 7 p.m.

Prior to becoming a Zoomin Groomin® franchisee, Ms. Evans was a member of the Carnival Cruise Line management team where she was aboard ship for 25 years. Ms. Evans is a native of Vancouver, British Columbia and for 10 years previous to Carnival Cruise Lines, she managed a Vancouver travel agency specializing in cruises and business travel. She has been married to Mark Evans, originally from Wolverhampton, England, for 12 years.

“We cater to pet clients (and their owners) living in single family and town homes, as well as those residing in retirement communities, assisted living communities, apartment and condo complexes,” noted Ms. Evans.

She continued, “Our furry friends receive the royal treatment and we really enjoy doting on them. Because our grooming process is streamlined, pets don’t get stressed out as they would waiting around in a cage at a grooming salon. By making pets as comfortable and happy as possible, grooming becomes a very positive experience.”

Ms. Evans is extremely excited that Pat White of Palm Bay has joined her team. Pat has been in the dog grooming industry for over 30 years. She has been working in grooming management for the last 15 years. “I have been very blessed in my career and look forward to many more years of grooming. I have been happily married for 13 years and have a wonderful daughter and two grand kids to spoil, as well as Little Miss and Itty Bitty, my two wirehair Dachshunds!” noted Ms. White.
