March 28, 2013 //  by admin

Between Rounds Bakery Sandwich Café, the unique bakery café and bagel shop, is calling on local artists to submit their artwork for exhibition consideration at their cafés located in Tolland, South Windsor, Vernon and Manchester.

Paint, drawing, printmaking and photography media will be considered.

Local artists may submit a portfolio of their work to Jerry Puiia at Between Rounds corporate headquarters located at 19A John Fitch Blvd, Route 5 in South Windsor, CT 06074. If accepted for display, the maximum frame size is 36″ in either direction.

“We have a very vibrant art community and would like to showcase talented up-and-coming artists in our stores. We encourage entries from university art students as well as from Connecticut artists, particularly those from Tolland and Hartford counties,” noted Puiia.

Accepted pieces along with the artist’s bio will be displayed at one Between Rounds location for a period of four weeks.
