Stonebridge Homes, the builder for Briggs Landing, recently commenced construction on two new model homes for the 90-lot subdivision located off Tickle Road in Westport, Massachusetts.
The construction of the model homes follows the completion of road infrastructure work (the entire subdivision is now paved). Stonebridge is now working with developer Briggs Landing, LLC to complete the final 60 lots of the subdivision.
“The two model homes being constructed, The Fairfield and The Westport, offer luxury living for empty nesters, newlyweds, single parents, blended families and others who may have grown tired of the limited inventory of existing homes in today’s real estate market,” said Rami Itani, business manager for Stonebridge Homes.
The Fairfield offers 2,384 square feet and features three or four bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a two-car garage. The Westport offers 2,686 square feet and features three or four bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms and a two-car garage.
Both model homes feature a number quality construction and luxurious amenities, such as hardwood floors, granite countertops and energy-efficient light fixtures. All models in the Briggs Landing development are equipped for natural gas heating.
In addition to the comfort of luxury living, Briggs Landing offers convenience. A short commute to Providence, Rhode Island (within 30 minutes to the capital building), the Tickle Road location is within close proximity to the beaches of Westport and walking distance to South Watuppa Pond.
Construction on the models homes is anticipated to be completed in six weeks. One of those homes will become Briggs Landing’s sales office.
Houses at Briggs Landing start at $379,000. In addition to the two new model homes, there are several other home designs available, with square footage starting at 1,585 square feet (with master suite on the first floor).
