Ruben Torres Blvd in Brownsville, TX. The Brownsville location marks the second Lapels Dry Cleaning to open in Texas. The new Brownsville Lapels Dry Cleaning plant is owned and operated by Jose Kauachi. Store hours are Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm; Saturday 8 am to 5 pm; and Sunday, 12 pm to 3 pm. The grand opening for the new Lapels will be held on July 13.
