Norwell Spine & Sports, providers of orthopedic chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, sports rehabilitation and muscular therapy, will hold a “Living Better” workshop geared specifically towards women on Tuesday, December 1, 2009 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the South Shore Natural Science Center on Jacobs Lane (off Route 123) in Norwell.
Dr. Carol DeFranca, Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist and clinical director for FirstLine Therapy, a therapeutic lifestyle program, will lead the workshop and discuss women’s health issues and the latest in cutting edge health.
Topics to be covered include:
· Osteoporosis
· Hormone Replacement and menopausal symptoms
· Irregular menstrual cycles
· Weight loss (and inability to lose weight)
· Fatigue, irritability and mood swings
This is a FREE seminar. Nutritious refreshments will be provided.
