Damon, Topham & Company Appoints Gina Sammon as Office Manager

Damon, Topham & Company, LLC of Marshfield, a full service multi-disciplined firm of Certified Public Accountants, providing accounting, taxation, business development and financial services, has recently appointed Gina Sammon as Office Manager.

In her new role as Office Manager, Ms. Sammon will oversee the office and all billing.

Previous to joining Damon, Topham & Company, Ms. Sammon worked as the Accounts Receivable Manager at US Edge, Inc. of Norwood for three years. Previous to that, she held the position of Office Manager for three years at Leone, Morrissey, Henriksen and Synan, a CPA firm in Norwell.

Ms. Sammon holds an Associate in Science degree from Aquinas Jr. College in Milton, MA. She is a lifelong resident of Rockland, MA.

Jonathan C. Russell, CPA Joins Damon, Topham & Company of Marshfield

Jonathan C. Russell, CPA has joined Damon, Topham & Company, LLC of Marshfield, a full service multi-disciplined firm of Certified Public Accountants, providing accounting, taxation, business development and financial services.

In his new role, Russell will be responsible for firm quality control and overseeing firm compilation, review and audit engagements. He will also supervise the accounting and auditing staff.

Previous to Damon, Topham & Company, Russell worked for a well established CPA firm in Hingham, MA. Prior to that, he worked as a Boston based financial advisor, an accountant at Deloitte & Touche and as a financial analyst with MFS Investment Management.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Ithaca College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). He is also a licensed financial advisor and a Massachusetts licensed life insurance agent.

Russell volunteers his time as a member of the Marshfield Zoning Board of Appeals. He is also an active member of the Daniel Webster Lodge of Masons in Marshfield.

A native of Whitesboro, NY, Russell now resides in Marshfield with his wife and son.
