How to avoid “ouch” and remain active. This is the basis for Avoiding Lower Back Pain free workshop being presented by Dr. Scott Chapman at 21st Century Family Fitness, 412 Washington Street, Norwell on Thursday, March 19, 7 p.m.
Dr. Scott Chapman, a chiropractor specializes in orthopedics and rehabilitation, treats well known professional athletes and weekend warriors and is the co-founder of Norwell Spine and Sports Rehabilitation on Route 53 in Norwell. In this complimentary workshop he will outline which exercises are “spine crunchers” and others that are safest for those recovering from injury.
