Sweet deal. Bicyclists, children and adults, may be stopped by the Norwell Police for doing the RIGHT thing – wearing a helmet.

Lucky helmeted riders will be “ticketed” with a gift certificate to beloved Hornstra Dairy Farm for a small cup or cone – sprinkles included, if you like.
