Lapels Dry Cleaning, an innovative, environmentally friendly dry cleaning company headquartered in Hanover, Massachusetts, opened a full-service, environmentally friendly dry cleaning plant at 17503 Preserve Walk Lane, Tampa, FL on April 30.

A University of Florida grad, Ferrer was a manager for Home Depot prior to opening Lapels Dry Cleaning of Tampa.
“We were looking for a business franchise that had similar values and standards as Home Depot,” said Ferrer, who will run Lapels with his wife Gabriella. “Lapels met that criteria and the environmental angle and sustainability factor really made this an easy decision for us.”
