Shhhh. Quiet Storage Center opens in Grafton, Massachusetts. Mark’s Storage & Moving whispers about new facilities.

February 2, 2026 //  by admin

Have surplus construction equipment? Heavy inventory? Or a fleet of vehicles? A new 8.04 acres “quiet” storage center has opened at 18 Donahue Lane,  Grafton, Massachusetts. The new facility is conveniently located one mile from the Mass Pike, Route 90.

The new location is an additional location for Mark’s Moving & Storage, who also maintain headquarters in Westborough, Massachusetts. The Grafton site expands Mark’s footprint with additional indoor and outdoor commercial storage space, plus expanded trailer parking to support continued customer demand.

“Quiet storage” refers to storing items and inventory for long periods, not for immediate or regular use. The quiet status of the stored items reduces traffic impact in the area.

“The new quiet storage center provides ample space for outdoor and indoor storage for construction companies, utility companies and other commercial clients looking for a secure, highway accessible location in the Grafton area,” noted Mark Silverman, founder and president of Mark’s Moving & Storage.

In addition to open space, the site includes a 2,400 square feet warehouse and garage.

About Mark’s Moving & Storage

Mark’s Moving and Storage, 111 Milk St., Westborough, offers a wide range of moving and storage services, including commercial on demand warehouse storage local and long-distance residential and corporate moving, air freight, container shipping, record storage management, disposal, packing and unpacking services, portable storage containers, warehousing and fire and flood remediation.

Mark’s Moving and Storage also includes a non-profit division entitled Mark’s Northeastern Furniture Foundation (MNFF). MNFF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and was established to re-purpose discarded furniture and provide for charities and individuals in need. Since 2011, the foundation and its partners have distributed thousands of pieces of re-purposed furniture. More than 1,000,000 pounds of furniture have been given to individuals and local charities, such as the Circle of Hope, United Way of Tri-County, Welcome Home, and Household Goods, Inc.  For more information, visit the firm’s website, www.marksmoving.com or call (508) 983-6000.
