Great communication is about getting attention, stating a compelling case and making a clear call to action. Simple. Right?

Yes, unless you insist on using current catch phrases, old clichés or dull language.

In the spirit of clearing the air and cleansing headlines, let me start with some of the current snoozers that are in our common vernacular. PLEASE ADD to them.
