FitWorx announces new high protein based snacks and shakes

July 29, 2016 //  by admin

FitWorx W RoxburyHow much chicken can you really force down? A high protein diet can help to build muscle and accelerate weight loss. Protein sources such as seafood, lean meats, beans, eggs and nuts provide the nutrients a body needs along with the satisfaction of feeling full. But, with today’s busy lifestyles, most people aren’t able to consume enough protein through a conventional food plan.

FitWorx, the “non-gym” solution for a healthy lifestyle and weight loss with four locations in Massachusetts, supplements that effort by offering high quality, great tasting protein snacks and meal replacement shakes.

“The FitWorx program utilizes a high protein, low carbohydrate and moderate fat macronutrient profile. Following this profile along with ensuring the proper vitamins and minerals has tremendous effect on weight loss,” explained Rick Langella, founder of FitWorx.

He continued, “Our simple, proven weight loss system which includes sustainable meal plans and high quality, great tasting protein and meal replacement products, is designed to provide the necessary protein and nutrients that people need to stay on track without feeling the need to cheat with unhealthy options.”

Now, FitWorx protein snacks and meal replacement shakes are available to members and others seeking to supplement their high-protein diet. For example, FitWorx Vanilla Meal Replacement shake packs a whopping 35 grams of protein. Each Protein Bar, with flavor varieties such as peanut caramel and coconut almond, provides at least 14 grams of protein.

For a complimentary sample of FitWorx delicious protein products, stop by one of their locations in Easton, Pembroke, West Roxbury or Weymouth.

Get with the Program

FitWorx helps real people achieve a realistic weight loss goal with manageable, proven approaches to weight loss and fitness. FitWorx training and nutrition program is designed to help members reduce body fat percentage by increasing lean muscle by up to 10 pounds. It achieves this through three 30-minute strength-training workouts per week and a high protein diet. Typically, participants can increase their metabolism by up to 500 calories per day, or 3500 calories per week or one pound of fat per week at a resting heart rate.

Langella continued, “The FitWorx program sets participants, in particular those with sedentary lifestyles, weight issues or medical conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Type II Diabetes and High Cholesterol, on the path to weight loss and an overall healthier lifestyle.”
