Fill a Truck event co-sponsored by Mark’s Storage & Moving and supporting Circle of Hope set for May 30, at Ocean State Job Lot, Route 1, Dedham.

April 9, 2026 //  by admin

Complete the circle of hope by helping Fill a Truck with much needed items for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity this May 30, 10 – 2 pm at Ocean State Job Lot on Route 1 in Dedham, 100 Providence Highway.

The event is organized and sponsored by Mark’s Moving & Storage, the official mover of Circle of Hope. In addition, Mark’s Moving & Storage is providing a driver, support staff and surplus storage if needed. Circle of Hope, an organization that provides individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity, will be the recipient of the donations.

The public is encouraged to stop by and help fill a Mark’s Moving & Storage truck with some of the most-needed items: new T-shirts, sweatpants, and sweatshirts for all ages, and unopened sunscreen. Like-new clothing donations and unopened hygiene products will also be accepted!

“We are delighted to champion this event and bring the community together for a great cause,” noted Mark Silverman, founder and CEO of Mark’s Moving & Storage.

“We encourage our neighbors to either  purchase new, useful products at Ocean State Job Lot or bring like-new items,” Ari Barbanell, Executive Director, Circle of Hope.
