A complimentary Economic Summit and Networking event will be held at Fairing Way, 25 Stonehaven Drive South Weymouth, MA 02190 to address the current and upcoming real estate market. Real estate agents are encouraged to attend the event set for Wednesday, May 15. Economic Summit speakers will provide insights from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by cocktails, networking and tours of Fairing Way from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
In the Economic Summit for Real Estate Agents, experts will examine the following:

- What is causing our historical low inventory?
- When might it end?
- How millennials and baby-boomers impact the market
- When will the next housing crash occur?
- Relationship between the real estate market and the national economy
- Is there a reason for optimism?
Economic Summit speakers will include John Broderick, Eastern Bank Director of Mortgage Banking and Elected 2019 Chair of The Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA) and Timothy J. van der Veen, founder and director of van der Veen Law, an established and respected Massachusetts real estate firm representing buyers, sellers, banks and developers in residential and commercial transactions.
