As lead designer, Hall provides assistance to members for any number of things, ranging from reviewing floor plans to selecting home furnishings. Recently, Hall added in-home consultation as a service she offers DirectBuy of Buffalo members as a vendor/consultant. This service has been particularly well received and a good example of why Hall earned January’s “Do Gooder” award.

 

“Cassandra goes above and beyond the call of duty. By offering the in-home consultation service to members on top of what she does here in the Club, it not only helps the member feel more comfortable with the design choices they make for their home, but helps them get more value out of their DirectBuy membership.
