“As the summer winds down, work loads increase and kids head back to school, things begin to get really hectic. Our Zumba classes are shakin’, rockin’ and hip rollin’ good times which will help keep stress levels in check,” noted Annmarie Churchill, owner of elements™.
Zumba Fitness Series will be held outside of elements™, which is located at 2421 Cranberry Highway, Unit 424, between Famous Footwear and Bath and Body Works.
